Tuition

The Center for Living Ethics is able to maintain affordable tuition by organizing as a community. In addition to the tuition, a minimum of two hours of monthly school service is required per child you’ve enrolled in the school. There is a wide range of services you may offer.

Additionally, monthly community meetings provide a forum for you to bring your energy and ideas to help benefit the school. These meetings are run by community members and include discussions on improving our community.

Following are some ideas to participate in our learning environment:

  • In-class projects (individual crafts, presentations, science experiments, etc)
  • Mentoring (regular, on-going sharing of specialized skills with one or more students)
  • Maintenance of school (grounds, garden work, animal care)
  • Teacher assistance (bringing snacks, cleaning, making copies, arranging field trips)
  • School celebrations (food and activity coordination)
  • Parent/Teacher group and its special committees (marketing, fund-raising, etc)

If you are unable to volunteer or participate in the community, you may also contact our office for information regarding school capital needs, supplies, equipment or simply request to make a private donation.
